Banana Beauties

Quick, quick!

Got a few 'Nanners, a yellow cake mix, cinnamon and 2 eggs?

Well, get your toosh to the kitch...and let's fix up a sugary dish.

'Nanners are not very photogenic.

The weather over here has been October-ish. Lawwwwd, you know I love me a fab fall day, sweets, but we just kicked off sandal season...so what up Mother Nature? Stahp. Stahp it right now, ya cow.

The chilly temps last week had me in a bakey mood. So, I hopped on Pinterest to view my Bucket Bake-it List. Lo and behold, the Banana Cake Mix muffin. The pinner claimed it would be easy peasy, and whoever that homegirl is, the genius was right!

I didn't have time to mix and measure {Over it! Seriously.} - so I was looking for something bada bing bada boom. All it called for was a few ingredients. 1 yellow cake mix, 3 bananas, 2 eggs and as much cinnamon as you'd like. No fuss. No muss. Here are 'da steps.

Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
{Butter flava. Because!}
Use a large cookie scoop to fill.
Bake for 14 minutes at 350.

THAT'S. IT.

Keep this one handy for when you need an extra little somethin' at the breakfast table. Pop these in the oven just before the kiddos go to bed, and add some ice cream and Bravo to top it off. Bring these to a bake sale in a basket. Have these and mimosas with your Besties at brunch. Whatevs!

Hope you'll try these.
Love ya, dolls.

Thanks and love, if you click daily above!
