Banana Beauties

Quick, quick!

Got a few 'Nanners, a yellow cake mix, cinnamon and 2 eggs?

Well, get your toosh to the kitch...and let's fix up a sugary dish.

'Nanners are not very photogenic.

The weather over here has been October-ish. Lawwwwd, you know I love me a fab fall day, sweets, but we just kicked off sandal season...so what up Mother Nature? Stahp. Stahp it right now, ya cow.

The chilly temps last week had me in a bakey mood. So, I hopped on Pinterest to view my Bucket Bake-it List. Lo and behold, the Banana Cake Mix muffin. The pinner claimed it would be easy peasy, and whoever that homegirl is, the genius was right!

I didn't have time to mix and measure {Over it! Seriously.} - so I was looking for something bada bing bada boom. All it called for was a few ingredients. 1 yellow cake mix, 3 bananas, 2 eggs and as much cinnamon as you'd like. No fuss. No muss. Here are 'da steps.

Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
{Butter flava. Because!}
Use a large cookie scoop to fill.
Bake for 14 minutes at 350.

THAT'S. IT.

Keep this one handy for when you need an extra little somethin' at the breakfast table. Pop these in the oven just before the kiddos go to bed, and add some ice cream and Bravo to top it off. Bring these to a bake sale in a basket. Have these and mimosas with your Besties at brunch. Whatevs!

Hope you'll try these.
Love ya, dolls.

Thanks and love, if you click daily above!

Peppy Pasta

Ever find yourself in that riiiiight-before-dinner-dance...wondering...pondering...questioning...should I pirouette with pasta or should I leap with lo mein? Should I samba with sketti or should I tango with teriyaki? Should I shimmy with stir fry or mambo with manicotti?

You get what I'm sayin', right?
Your mind's on Milan, but your belly's on Beijing.

MAMA MIA! It can be madness.

So!!!! I have a recipe to releve' you back to reality, bambina. It's a very interesting dish. SO interesting, that it doesn't even have a name! I had to make one up for it. It's a fab lil fusion of Italian and Asian goodness...two very distinct flavors that when paired together become quite a perfect performance.

Just trust me. K?

BRAVO!

Props go out to my {MIL} for this lil nifty number. She has cooked many a delectable dish for me over the years, but WHERE THE HECK WAS THIS ONE THE WHOLE TIME?!!!!! Wowza! She whipped this one up during her Easter visit this year, and I haven't stopped making it since.

I'll admit...when she said the main ingredient was PASTA, a few of my Italian red flags went up...but my Midwestern homegirl knows her way around the kitchen...so I was intrigued, and decided to listen.

After just one bite, I was smitten. SMITTTTTTEN. As usual, I ate like a monster. It was definitely a 2-plater night, thankyouverymuch.

Make this when you're feenin' for some comfort food. Make this on a cheat day! Make this on a Monday..and a Tuesday...and a Wednesday. Make this when you're HANGRY. Make this for friends. Make this for enemies! JUST MAKE THIS!!!!!!

{Peppy Pasta}
1 package Angel Hair Noodle Nests
1 jar Hoisin sauce
1.5lb. ground chuck
2 bunches of scallions

Fab Four.

{Step 1}
Fry up the meat. Drain. Mix in the entire jar of Hoisin sauce.

It's like a smokey, sweet, savory, glazey goodie.

{Step 2}
Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.

{Step 3}
Boil the pasta nests according to the package. Drain. It's ok if they've split apart a bit. Place them in the casserole dish. They will act as the base of the dish.

So cute!

See? They'll probably split apart.

{Step 4}
Pour the meat/Hoisin mixture all over the top of the nests. Cover the whole darn thing! Make sure the mixture gets smooshed into the nooks and crannies.

Like an international Hamburger Helper almost!

{Step 5}
Dice up 2 bunches of scallions and sprinkle them all over the top of the meat/Hoisin mixture. Pop the dish into the oven and bake it on 350 for about 10 minutes. Serve with crab rangoons.

These scallionss will wilt down into little honeys from Heaven.

It's seriously going to smack you right in your mouth. Mangia!

LuLa-WHOA!

It happened just a few years ago maybe?

Not sure.

As I scrolled through nightly Facebook posts of food pics, memes, OODs, beach shots, Starbucks selfies, dogs, more beach shots, baby announcements, baby arrivals, baby's first food, and baby's first birthday parties {the majority of those were mine, lol}...there emerged an interesting pic from my friend {JNW}.

This effervescent gal is my sorority sis - a fellow New Yawka who also landed in the middle of the Midwestern cornfields for college and was equally as smitten by everything due south of 75. I use the term effervescent for rare cases. It's so spectacular of a word to me, that I only bestow it upon the cream of the crop.

So... I think she's pretty special.

There I was - 9 p.m. - RHONJ on the tellie - casually soaking up a little bit of prime time FB action with a bowl of Wegmans Chocolate Nutty Cone to my right. In a Newsfeed filled with commonalities, there reigned a royal gem of a post.

What exactly am I looking at here?

Are those her gams?

Is this a ... legging selfie? {#leggie}

Class was in session. I was about to be schooled.

There stood a snapshot of "buttery soft" leggings, as she described. "LuLaroe" to be exact. {Lula-what?} Very interesting. Very interesting, indeed, I thought. You see, I'm a leggings chick. A deeeeeeply devoted mother hen to those angels. Always have been. Always will be. I don't care what age you are - rock em if YOU want to.

But...let's get one thing clear.

I envision my future Nursing Home closet filled with florals, bursting with brights and primping with polkas. Drawers filled with capri-length cuties to match California caftans. Thirty-One cubes stocked with stripes for Grammie D. Shelves tipped with tunics to romance my ruby reds.

As {JNW} went on to praise this brand, something about the term "buttery soft" found its rightful spot in the back of my mind. I meant to ask her more about them, but in recent years, my memory has shrunk down to the wee size of a single pellet of Nerd candy.

I forgot!

Fast forward a few years - this year, to be exact - and LuLaroe leaped her whimsical way back into my life. I kept getting invited to online "Pop Up" shops. I saw a fun friend of mine "gRoeing" throughout her pregnancy {Hi Shan!}. Another friend of mine commented about her "Cassie" {umm...is that code for something?!} One more showed how she turned a skirt into a SCARF?!!

Bah! I realized this was the stuff of magic my homegirl {JNW} posted about. Now I remember! So, I turned to the 'Book and asked my peeps to gimme the scoop so I can be in the Lula loop.

And, wow did they shovel up some schtuff.

30 or so of my Tootsies filled me in on lovely LuLa. Each new comment notification was like my Birthday morning. All da feels, ya know? Gimme more. I need more! Pics they shared of their favorite Lula pieces were the icing on the cake.

You know the kind.

Here are the deets...

1. LuLaRoe specializes in classy COMFORT. {Bend 'n stretch, yo.}

2. They offer lines of dresses, tops, maxis, shawls...and...LEGGINGS. {Remember what I said...who the H cares how old you are. Wear the damn leggings!}

3. They only make so many pieces of a certain pattern. {Wah!!! But, that means you might be the only sweetie rockin' cupcake-print legs at preschool pick up. You go, sugar.}

4. Can't find the pattern you LOVE anywhere? Well, sassypants, that print is now called your Unicorn - that's LuLa slang for an elusive little slice 'o sparkle that you just have to have. {Keep the faith. You'll find her someday, babe.}

Found mine. Big and bold, baby!

5. It's pricey. And, I'm one frugal fox. Never in my LIFE did I ever think I'd be telling people to go buy $25 leggings and $30-plus shirts. Ever. Could you imagine what you could buy in the Target Dollar Aisle with that? I could redecorate my living room! Plan 3 birthday parties! Put mason jars in every inch of my house! In the words of Uncle Jesse Katsopolis...lawd have mercy. I digress though. You HAVE to try on these clothes to know what I mean. Go 'head. Do it, honey. {#investment}

6. Skip Panera 2 times a month...give up a few coffees...wait for that new J-Law movie to come out on Redbox. Before you know it...there's a piece of LuLa at your doorstep. {You didn't need that broccoli cheddar bowl, boo. But, you DO need a chevron, arrow and paisley Amelia.}

7. There's no storefront. You have to find a consultant to buy your LuLa goodies. {Befriend these lil fairy godmothers. Stat!}

8. You can host or attend an in-home or online "pop-up" shop. {Do both!}

9. You can also snatch 'em up on eBay too. {But, if your friend sells LuLa...support her instead.}

10. Not sure about your size? See if you can find a multi-consultant event, a friend who's a fan or stop by a party. Don't be scared. Lots of "inventory" will be there, so you can take your pick. {Wear a maxi dress to the fitting. If there's no dressing room, you'll have easy access to slap on those leggings right underneath or put a dress on right over the top. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.}

11. Get yourself an Irma and a Perfect T. Depending on your height, both will cover your toosh and fall mid-thigh. Both have sleeves that go to the elbow. The Irma is more flowy, all around, and the Perfect T is more fitted at the top. {Swoon.}

12. They have a kids' collection. {Gah!!!!}

13. They have a Mommy and Me collection. {Double GAH!!!}

14. Join VIP Facebook groups. Consultants will frequently post their stock, and they'll often host giveaways. {See? I told ya they are little angels! Good luck!}

Look how it could be wrapped!

15. Go on YouTube and watch some of the reviews. My faves are by a gal {DD} who shows you how to re-style some classic LuLa pieces. Totally worth a look. Subscribe while you're there! {Click here}

16. I was a little worried about the "One Size" leggings. Umm...suuure, that little rosebud there is going to keep its shape and not turn into looking like an extra large sheet pizza. {Incredible. I still dough not believe it!}

If you made it this far, thanks doll! I'm no LuLa expert, and I will forever remain a nerdy newbie, but I had to take time tonight to share my spin on things. This cute company has captured my attention, so it was time for us to dish. I'll pop back here every so often to update that lofty list, but in the mean time...live life leggy, love!

*** If you're up for some more hurricane-style convos, I'd love for you to subscribe or join my CoCoNuts on my Facebook page! {Click here}! xoxoxo

Zaxby's

Alright - so every now and then, I like to shout out my love for the South...and that I am a complete self-described oxymoron. I scream in  East Coast, but I whisper in Southern Sunshine.

The fam and I trek to Myrtle Beach each spring for our annual vaycay. We have a blast with each other! Such a pick me up! Super refreshing is an understatement.

My sis {SheShe} went to college in North Cackalacky, but she claims BOTH Carolinas as her second homes. South-C welcomes her with open arms. I called upon all of my superpowers of Yankee persuasion to try to get her to join me in the Midwest back in the day, but that Belle wanted none of it. She was already working on the proper use of "Bless Your Heart" the first day of 10th grade. {My bribing didn't stand a chance!} She was sold on the South at an early age.

We always enjoy traveling with her down there because she's a natural. Her darling drawl pops out, her eyes light up with that first sip of sweet tea and to hear her say "Sir" and "Ma'am" to people is sort of surreal for us. {The only way we ever used this phrase while growing up, was in fine smack-talk fashion.} We look to her for guidance on all things "suthun" and she never disappoints.

Here's a tiny MB lunch re-cap...

One afternoon, our dear debutante suggested we have lunch at a place called Zaxby's. Since I'm a Cancer sign, Miz Crab is a stubborn, sentimental snacker. I wanted an old stand-by... Panera? Five Guys? Subway? I dunno. Meals need to be experiences, ya know? My noshings need to be nifty and feel like a gifty. I have my faves. I know what I like. Once a craving sets in...it's ova.

Well...my brat-factor was running extra brat-tastic one vaycay day, and it just so happened to collide with Sheesh's suggestion to try Zaxby's. {Cue my 'tude.} What? No thanks. Bye. My mind was already blissfully set on the beautiful bites of a Bacon Turkey Bravo...and it's totes hard to pull me away from my sandwich slumber.

I could sense the fam was getting bored of my shenanigans. Basically - because they were ignoring my whines and pulling in to a prime parking spot.

The nerve!

{Sigh.}

The utter nerve! haha

Guess I'll give in.

I walked in to a nice big fat slice 'o humble pie, yo. {This is naaaaht easy for me to admit!} I saw a {Black and Blue Chicken Salad} on the menu and said a quick bye bye to my perfect Panera plans. Zaxby's was flippin' FAB! Fun! Festive!

{Front entrance pic from zaxbys.com is much prettier than mine!}

Here's the scoop...

I'd describe it as a fast food Applebee's.

You order at the counter and seat yourself.

Chicken is the HBIC.

Salads are GIANT, and they're served on actual plates.

You get tiny ramekins of dressing and real flatware.

Sides of bread = Texas Toast!

They have crinkle cut fries.

Wings.

Onion rings.

They have fried pickles.

Again... they have fried pickles.

Yep...FRIED PICKLES!!!!!

{A pickle pic from restaurantnews.com }

Don't get me started on their ICE! I know...very random, but I'm one of those gals that likes that teeny tiny crunchy ice. No real way to describe it...but for some reason, it's the bomb-diggs. This Zaxby's had one of those cool Coca-Cola machines where you can choose your soda and swirl in different flavors. {#CherryGameOnPoint}

Sheesh notes that she likes to get take-out salads because it's fun to toss on the dressing, shut the container lid and shake it all up! It helps to coat everything evenly.

Don't forget ZAX sauce on the side. for everything. It's a nice lil remoulade that packs a nice lil punch! Fantastic on fries. Chippy on chicken. Surprising on salads.

A final selling point for me is their play on words. {Zalads! Zappetizers! Meal Dealz!} Nice way to incorporate that {Z} into titles. They also have cute Zaxby-themed wall art. I dig it. Gimme more.

Welp! There ya have it. Are you a ZAXBY's fan? Have another Southern charmer you think we should know about? Tell me!

The Biz on Diz: {D}

{D} is obvi one of my favorite letters...but ya know what's not my favorite?

WATCHING MARCH AND HALF OF APRIL SNEAK RIGHT BY ME!

Whoopsie! Had every intention of keeping up with the {March Magical} theme...but March went right ahead with her big bad self and...happened. Eeeek!

April is being a crank, and I've already seen half of her whiz by already. Geesh!

Looks like I'm going to rename this lil blog segment... {The Biz on Diz} ... so in case I go incognito again, we can just pick up where we left off! Ya with me? Cool! Let's dive into {D}...

{Daisy}
We caught her in Epcot! Pretty sure this is the one time a duck lip selfie is appropriate.

{Dining Plan}
We got this last year when we stayed on property, and we'd do it again! This year we went rogue and bought food on our own. It was alright...and we sure did have some delish delights...but there was something cozy about just having the Dining Plan. No fuss, no muss. You can plan out your meals according to your daily allowances. Highly recommend it for first timers. You'll get a list of places you can use your credits, and the rest is up to you. You can sit down, get Quick Serve meals and also treat yourself to a snack. Take note, though... there is something to be said about making your own lil King's Hawaiian dinner roll sammies. Bloggy buddy {JennyJen} brought these gems to the beach once, and we were smitten. Perfect bite size beauties. Load 'em up and bring a big fat bag 'o family size chips to pass around. Boom biddy boom.

These.

{Dinosaur}
It's an attraction in Animal Kingdom. Our littles watched a few clips of it on YouTube before we left, and you-bet-Jurassic they weren't going anywhere near this ride! Maybe lata.

Not today, dude. Not today.

{Disney Jr. Live on Stage}
It was cute...but I thought we'd actually see characters. The "characters" are more like puppets, and there's a young host who walks you through several stories {signified by different back drops}. There are no seats in this theater. Everyone sits on the floor. {Keep those aisles clear!} The Jake part was fun...gold dabloons fall from the sky! This was a one and done for us.

See? Puppets.

{Disney Springs}
The former Downtown Disney! Didn't get to visit, but maybe next year. I wish I had more to share on it...but in a nutshell, it's a hot spot for shopping and eating. I hear there's a movie theater? Someone jump in and give us the scoop!

{Disney World Junkies}
Join. This. Facebook. Group. Now, now, nowwwww! Again - my homegirl {E} steps in with THE most clutch social media page of all pages. It's run by former pro-wrestler Frank Goodman...and currently, about 94,000 fans agree that this page is where it's at!!!! You will literally lose your shizz the first time you have a glance. It's all things Disney - all day, e'ry day. People post pics and updates while they're at a park. They ask any 'ol question and get about 150 responses - at least! They review food, accommodations, rides, etc. You name it - it's on that page.  I can't look away.

This is Frank! Directly from the Disney World Junkies page.

{Donald}
You can catch him at Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary, but head over to Epcot's Mexico and snag a pic with him in a sombrero. This dapper duck is quite the charmer. He danced with our little ladies and was a complete flirt with feathers!

He quacked us up.

{Dole Whip}
I'm getting annoying with the freakin odes to this treat, but I can't help it. I'm a broken record. A broken record who totally digs fresh pineapple! My first bite of this beauty was Bucket List lovely. What's a Dole Whip? A Disney cult classic. Aloha Isle in Adventureland will rock your world with this refreshing pineapple ice cream. Try it in a float {with juice on the bottom} or ask for it soft-serve style in a cup. Trying to keep it light? You can also have yourself a nice slice 'o pineapple straight up if you prefer. Go sit on the benches near the Jungle Cruise and stuff your gorgeous mug. Bottoms up!

Watch me Whip...

{Dumbo Ride}
So presh. A classic! A very chill little ride that's perfect for selfies with your sweetie. It's just like the Barnstormer at night...go back to Fantasyland and ride this til your heart's content. Everyone will be up toward the front of the park watching fireworks. Big deal. Watch 'em some other time. Go ride!

Okey dokey...that's a wrap on {D}, my darlins. I hope you'll keep reading! E's on deck. I love ya a bushel and a peck.

3/8/16

The Biz on Diz: {C}

Hey, hey! Here's {C}.
Thanks for chillin with me.

If you'd like to add to thist post.
Drop me a line and I'll luv ya the most.

{Canada}
In Epcot. Get a Cronut - a croissant and donut hybrid. With ice cream. A la mode, baby! Dee's Dish: Look for the hidden Mickey at the top of one of the totem poles. These icons are of legendary Disney folklore. Check 'em out!

{Cantina de San Angel}
One of my homegirls, {E}, a fellow Dance Mom dearie of mine/ sista from anotha mista, is a Disney Darling. A few weeks before our trip, all it took was one glance at her picture text of a plate of nachos from Epcot's Mexico, and we were soon on the hunt. She didn't let us down. The cheese was epic. The nachos were clutch. The meat was perfectly spicy - a little slap en la boca. Si, por favor! Dee's Dish: There are booths and tables inside the air conditioned restaurant. You can also pull up a chair under a pavilion overlooking the water. Lots of seating, but the place fills up! Super popular.

Dios Mio!

{Casey's Corner}
Park it here in the Magic Kingdom just a bit before the 7 p.m. parade. You can enjoy ballpark fare while taking in the sights just at the very end of Main St. The hot dogs were single-handedly grown by aliens. This, I'm sure of. The gals and I opted for mini corn dogs and shoe string fries, while The Hubs kicked back in all his glory with a 'dog topped with pulled pork and slaw. These suckers are huge! Dee's Dish: This restaurant is located near a big set of restrooms. They're tucked back on the left hand side as you walk toward the Crystal Palace. When in doubt...here's your out{house}.

{Carousel}
It's old timey. It's a tradition. It's got to be on your list of things to do in MK's Fantasyland. No FastPass required. You'll never really wait. Dee's Dish: There's a HUGE stroller area that wraps almost all the way around it. Park your ride here and go visit all the attractions all around it.

{Cape May}
The Seafood Buffet. Someday, I say. I'll find a way!

{Castle Couture}
Located right outside the back entrance of Cinderella's Castle. It's filled with lots of princessy items...and my favorite photo stop. In a tiny corner of the store, they have a backdrop to pose your little princes and princesses in front of. It's out of the way, quiet and off the beaten path. The photo session {no reservations required} is free if you have Memory Maker. Dee's Dish: Hop in for a few snaps with the kiddos. Go 'head you Kings and Queens.

{Cast Members}
It's true what they say - they'll have an answer for everything! They are more than willing to assist you. I don't think any question is silly - they've probably heard some doozies in their day. So...ask away.

{Cell Phone Charger}
Make sure you pack it...and make sure you're good to go on Game Day! Dee's Dish: Buy a portable charger in case your cellie needs a splash 'o juice later in the day.

{Character Visits}
For our first trip, we used a considerable amount of FastPasses on character Meet-and-Greets. The way we saw it, was that the rides would be fun and all, but we could capture the girlies' happy expressions a bit more on camera with characters. Plus! We thought it would be fun to compare their pictures each year to the ones before to see how much they've grown. Dee's Dish: I met my match with Anna + Elsa this year - couldn't work any magic to get a FastPass for them, but we stopped by to see them toward the end of the evening, and it was a breeze. Lines weren't that long because peeps were heading home, temper tantrums were a blazin' and the fireworks were on deck to be amazin'. Our fam scooted right in line and only waited about a half hour. Score! Some friends say they've had Stand By success right when the park opens. They made a mad dash for the line and the rest is Frozen sis-tory.

{Cheesy Pics}
Ohhhh, just take 'em. Who the crap cares?!

{Chef Mickey}
It's in the Contemporary. Go for breakfast! Start your day off right. Mickey waffles are on full display! The Fab 5 are ready to meet and greet you. Don't worry if it takes your fave a while to get to you. You won't leave without all of your friends making a pit stop at your table. Dee's Dish: No Memory Maker photogs are there during the meal, so you're on your own. Make sure those cameras are ready to get down to biz.

BACON.

{Chefs de France}
Located in...you guessed it...Epcot's France!...is this popular stop for gourmet goodies. France was freakin' hoppin'!!! It was packed. The Hubs and I stood in line for quite a while, but our little bosses were getting restless. We were on our way to find THEM something to eat {they were sitting in Morocco with my inlaws}, and we thought we could quickly grab something for us while walking to find them some fries. The line wasn't moving fast enough...and we realized this was actually a sit down place... {a pricey one, at that!}, so we had to say au revoir and keep on movin. Some day we'll go back to try the Gruyere mac 'n cheese. #YesPlease Dee's Dish: Don't have much time to spend in France? Stop at the Boulangerie Patisserie's walk-up counter for a sammich. Prices were decent, they also has a bunch of pastry cases and there were tons of selections. There are also a lot of Marie items for sale in the gift shop.

Ohh la la!

{Chip and Dale}
Animal Kingdom. Along a pathway on the left as you walk toward the Maharaja Trek. Dee's Dish: If you have more than one kiddo, have them take a pic together with C+D, but don't be scared to get solo shots of one kid with them either. Take your time. Everyone else does!

{Contemporary}
I have friends who stay here exclusively! The monorail is right outside and Chef Mickey's is right downstairs. Location, location, location!

{Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe}
Located in MK, we used one of our lunch Quick Serve meal options here. Burgers, club sammiches, fries, brownies with Mickey sprinkles. HUGE portions. Definitely lots of bang for your buck. Dee's Dish: Go light on breakfast if you plan to eat here for lunch. Your bellies will deffffffinitely be full after you stop here. Wowza.

NomNomNomNom.

{Cinderella}
She's quite a stunner! You can meet her at a character Meet-and-Greet in Fairytale Hall in MK...or she makes many appearances at character meals. We met her last year at 1900 Park Fare {my personal all-time fave buffet}, and this year, we saw her at Akershus. Dee's Dish: Book the meal at 1900 Park Fare. The Prince is there, along with Lady Tremaine and the Step Sisters. Super entertaining and the Prince will dance with your kiddos.

{Cinderella's Castle}
It's just gorgeous. It's iconic. It looks different at every angle. Cut through it to get from Main St. to Fantasyland. We visited once during D-World's 25th anniversary. I had the honor of seeing the castle decked out like a pink birthday cake with sprinkles. Lucky loon, I tell ya. Dee's Dish: Go see Merida. When you exit her Meet-and-Greet, take a RIGHT {if you went toward the Tea Cups...you went the wrong way!}. There is a little sit down spot a few steps past her area...and the castle can be seen very close in the distance. This is a nice photo spot. No moronic photobombers in the background of your pics!

A slice of Heaven in...1997!

{Clothes}
I'm definitely a team player when it comes to color coordination. Wear matching shirts with your fam {haven't done that yet}...#BecauseDisney. What do you care if people look at you? It's vacation! And, you can easily find your crew in a crowd. Dee's Dish: If matchy matchy is too corny for you...go with a theme. Pick a certain color one day. Pick sports team apparel another day. Etc! Why? Because you need to think of future You. The one who can someday say, "Remember the time Mom made us wear those silly matching shirts to Disney?" {I guarantee some family laughs will follow that sass!}

{Coolers}
You're allowed to bring 'em in...so do it! I mentioned a soft-sided style from Thirty One in my last post. So one-derful.

{Confectionary}
Main St. Confectionary, to be exact! Mickey Rice Krispie Treats. Chocolate covered apples that look like Mickey's pants. Cake pops. Rainbow candies. This is an effin' dreamland. The aroma is enchanting. Even if you don't buy anything, just go in, close your eyes and drift off for a bit. You deserve it! Dee's Dish: The Mickey Rice Krispies are a nice souvenir to bring home to family and friends. They're beyond fresh and will only cost you about $5.95. The ones topped with M&Ms were thrown down from the Heavens. The ones with peanut butter chips were launched from another plant. Both are out of this world.

{Crystal Palace}
Buffets, people! Here we go again! Loved this one. We went for breakfast and saw Winnie, Eeyore, Piglet and Tigger. Each of them made their rounds to our table. Again - no Memory Maker photogs are present, so you have to be you own paparazzi. Each area of the place is sectioned into groups for a parade. All little kiddos are invited to follow the character assigned to their section. It goes very fast, but it's a sweet little moment. Dee's Dish: This is located soooo close to Adventureland. Finish up b-fast and let the kids head over to the Swiss Family Tree House to work off the sugar from the sugary apple fritter donuts.

Catch ya soon at {D}!....
